I had an amazing time at Rebecca & Matt’s relaxed country pub wedding at The Plough Inn, Eaton.
Not just your typical pub, The Plough Inn has a quirky barn space for weddings complete with wooden beams. Add a few flowers from The Mustard Seed Florist and you’ve got yourself a beautiful venue!
It was a fun day full of Jenga, drinking & dancing plus some emotional times. During the ceremony Rebecca’s sister gave a beautiful reading from The Amber Spyglass and there wasn’t a dry eye in the room! (Including myself )

A few words from Rebecca & Matt about their wedding at The Plough Inn, Eaton:
”How did you two meet?: We met at the University of Leeds through mutual friends
Describe the proposal!: We were in Berlin, walking through a really big park in the centre of Berlin, and found a secluded bench by a stream. I had been joking for a while that I was in need of a sparkly ring (we’d been together for over 7 years) and had just dropped another hint as we were walking through the park. He got down on one knee and I told him that the joke was very funny and that he could get up. Then he pulled out the ring and I was so shocked that I didn’t even answer him.
What is special about your venue?: The Plough Inn Eaton is a really old barn full of quirky beams – very rustic!
Any details of note about your big day?: The wedding stationery was designed by our friend Emily Bowers. The table pan and card/gift box were made by my dad, Richard.
