Lauren & Chris’ wedding at Revolution Bar, Manchester
I quote Chris from his speech – ‘who thought that getting married at Rev’s would be this mint!?’ and he was right, Revolution Oxford Road was the perfect venue for this fantastic day!
Lauren moved from Australia to Manchester a couple of years ago, so it was extra special to have all her Aussie family over for her & Chris’ special day. Their wedding was one of the biggest I’ve photographed this year (around 130 guests!) but the atmosphere was still incredibly relaxed with drinking, dancing and having a great time the priority! Aussie’s really know how to party!
I met the girls beforehand at one of Manchester’s most beautiful bars The Refuge for a few photos. Lauren looked absolutely incredible in her dress from Korovilas and amazing light-up shoes from Irregular Choice!
Lauren & Chris had an amazing hand-fasting ceremony where special family members and friends each gave them a ribbon as part of the service. Afterwards me, Lauren & Chris headed out for a few night-time portraits. We ended up at the Manchester Christmas Markets which was very, very busy! But Lauren & Chris absolutely smashed it even though they kept getting congratulations from strangers every 2 seconds!
