Gemma & Matt finally got married! I’m so happy that these two could finally have their dream day at the wonderful Beeston Manor, Preston. Gemma, Matt and their families were so welcoming on the day and really felt like photographing old friends. It was also so lovely to see some of my past and future couples there too! On the day, I was joined by Stefan aka the Tall Toastmaster who was fantastic at rallying everyone round.
The staff at Beeston were so lovely and helpful. It was my first time photographing here and I hope to be back again soon! Gemma & Matt DIY’ed a lot of their wedding including the reception decor and the flowers and it looked fantastic! We were also lucky to get a fantastic sunset later in the evening which was perfect for some golden hour photos.

How did you two meet?: We met while working at Next in Manchester!
Describe the proposal!: On return from a work trip, Matthew cooked my favourite homemade meatballs, opened a bottle of Prosecco and lit a candle, and very confidently proposed following the meal! It was unexpected and such a nice surprise!
What is special about your venue?: It was the first and only venue we visited! We just got it right first time!
Any details of note about your big day?: Made the bouquets myself.
