Charlotte & Dane’s wedding in North Yorkshire

Charlotte & Dane had their wedding at the beautiful Danby Castle in North Yorkshire. What a gorgeous venue! I’ve been spoilt for choice trying to pick just a few photos for this preview.

After Charlotte & Dane’s ceremony we headed in the VW Van for some photos in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside along with Maggie of course! Danby Castle itself has so many beautiful spots for photos, including a few cows! And the staff were all so lovely, I really enjoyed photographing here.

What is special about your venue?: We love our venue! Its in the middle of no where and peaceful. Its very Yorkshire, surrounded by fields, sheep and cows. The castle ruins are a stunning dramatic back drop where we be able to get some amazing photos. It reminds us of Hogwarts from Harry Potter which we are both big fans off! The room where we get married is called the ‘old court room’ and is very intimate and beautiful. Danby Castle has lots of history and I believe was the first home of Henry VIII’s last wife.
There are several quirky rustic converted barns which are full of character.
